Role: Content Creator & Social Media ExecutiveSalary: £37,000–£42,000Location: London (On-site / Hybrid)Sector: Hospitality | Creative | Social MediaPremium London Restaurant GroupWe’re supporting a leading London hospitality group in hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Executive to shape and elevate the digital presence of two distinct, highly respected restaurant brands. This role is perfect for a social-media-obsessed creative with a refined eye, a natural storytelling instinct, and a track record of creating high-engagement content in hospitality, food, or lifestyle.The Role:You will lead the creative direction and strategy across Instagram and TikTok, producing content that showcases the identity, energy, and culinary distinctiveness of each brand. One brand leans refined and aspirational; the other is vibrant, fun, and trend-driven. You must be able to switch between tones seamlessly.This is a hands-on creative role — planning, shooting, editing, writing, and managing content day-to-day, while collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & DirectionBuild and execute platform-specific strategies for two brands with contrasting stylesAlign content tone, aesthetic, and messaging to each brand’s unique identityContent CreationPlan, produce, and publish high-quality photos, videos, and campaign contentRefined, elegant content for one brand; trend-led, high-energy content for the otherCraft engaging captions and narrative-driven post copyEngagement & CommunityManage DMs and comments, ensuring a warm, consistent brand voiceUse analytics to optimise content and accelerate audience growthCollaboration & ExecutionWork with internal teams to plan campaigns, launches, and seasonal activationsAttend events, shoots, and restaurant visits to capture authentic, compelling contentBring current social, cultural, and culinary trends into the workflowRequirements:5+ years’ experience managing social media for brands or agenciesStrong background in hospitality, food, or lifestyle contentAdvanced skills in content creation, photography, videography, and editingAbility to shift effortlessly between premium, aesthetic content and fun, viral contentDeep understanding of brand tone, guidelines, and visual consistencyStrong copywriting skills and a natural storytelling instinctAnalytics-driven approach to improving reach, engagement, and follower growthPassion for food culture, restaurants, and hospitalityWhat’s on Offer:£37,000 – £42,000 salaryHybrid working (mix of head office and restaurants)Staff meals & dining discountsSupportive, creative, food-loving work cultureOpportunity to shape the digital direction of two of London’s most exciting restaurant brandsHow to ApplyIf you’re a storyteller at heart and thrive in the creative energy of hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.
