You’ll play a central role in improving how the team operates: running effective meetings, delivering clear performance updates and newsletters, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring all information from data to documentation is centralised, accurate, and accessible. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structure, clarity, and communication - a natural operator who ensures the right people have the right information at the right time. Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: ● Lead the creation and delivery of all internal communications, including team newsletters, performance shareouts, and executive updates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement. ● Represent the Growth Team in cross-functional and interdepartmental initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. ● Ensure consistent, transparent communication that builds trust and keeps teams aligned on priorities and progress. ● Translate complex information and data into clear, concise, executive-ready materials. Performance Reporting & Data Management:● Oversee the preparation and presentation of performance reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership and stakeholders. ● Partner with analytics and operations teams to maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all reporting. ● Implement systems and processes to centralise and track performance metrics across campaigns and programs. ● Continuously optimise how data and insights are collected, stored, and shared to improve visibility and decision-making.Documentation & Knowledge Management: ● Lead the organisation and maintenance of program documentation, campaign overviews, and project materials. ● Implement efficient document management practices with clear version control and easy access for all team members. ● Ensure all assets, templates, and reference materials are current, organised, and aligned with team standards. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence ● Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline collaboration, communication, and execution. ● Evaluate and improve tools for project tracking, reporting, and knowledge sharing. ● Drive initiatives that strengthen team culture, productivity, and cross-functional transparency. ● Organise virtual social activities and engagement initiatives to foster team connection in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has:● Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital environments. ● Exceptional organisational and planning skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience crafting executive-ready materials. ● Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Asana) and document management systems (e.g., Google Drive). ● Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously. ● Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working across teams, departments, and time zones. ● Demonstrated experience in managing reporting cycles, data insights, and executive communications. ● Ability to build trust and influence effectively across all organisational levels. ● Experience in digital marketing, conversion optimisation, or content-driven environments. ● Advanced familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau) for tracking program performance. ● Background in operational communications, performance storytelling, or executive reporting.
