Compensation$20.00 - $25.00 / hourPart-time, hourlyLocation DetailsWorking from one of our offices in Diamond Bar and/or Rancho CucamongaSummaryThe Safer Swimmer is seeking a creative and reliable ContentCreator to support brand storytelling for our companies: Premier Swim Academy, Premier Aquatics, and The Pool Pros. This role focuses on capturing high-quality onsite content, producing engaging visual and written assets, and strengthening the visibility, personality, and mission of all three brands.The ideal candidate thrives in active environments, communicates confidently with staff and families, and enjoys bringing stories to life through photography, videography, and short-form content creation.ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photography and video across multiple programs, facilities, and service locationsProduce short-form videos, reels, and social-ready content aligned with brand guidelinesEdit, organize, and maintain media assets for efficient delivery to the marketing teamCollaborate with staff, swimmers, and families to collect authentic, mission-driven contentSupport scheduled events, seasonal campaigns, and planned content shootsWork with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm concepts and ensure consistent messagingOther duties as assignedRequirementsJob RequirementsMust be available during peak facility hours: weekday evenings, weekends, and eventsProven experience in using professional equipment for photography, videography, and content creationStrong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brandsProficiency with editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)Reliable transportation: regular travel between sites requiredAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projectsComfortable capturing content around swimmers, families, and busy program environmentsWork EnvironmentOn-site at indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities; temperature and noise levels may varyFrequent interaction with swimmers, staff, and families in active, fast-paced settingsBenefitsPart-Time EmployeesUnique Employee Incentive Program Significant autonomy and ability to shape a company-wide functionBe a foundational leader during a high-growth phaseOur company is an at-will employer.
