This role owns brand strategy, creative expression, and storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. This leader sets the creative vision, ensures brand consistency, and leads a high-performing creative and brand team to deliver emotionally resonant, culturally relevant work that strengthens brand equity and customer loyalty. This role is brand-first, not channel- or revenue-forecast–led. Success is measured by brand health, creative excellence, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities Include:Brand Strategy & Creative VisionDefine and evolve the Pressed brand strategy, voice, and visual identity across all channels.Translate brand strategy into clear creative direction for campaigns, launches, and evergreen storytelling.Ensure consistent, high-quality brand expression across retail, digital, packaging, partnerships, and experiential. Creative LeadershipLead the creative team (designers, copy, external agencies) from concept through execution.Set creative standards, approve work, and provide clear feedback to elevate output quality.Foster a culture of creativity, craft, and innovation. Campaign & Storytelling DevelopmentPartner with cross-functional teams to develop brand campaigns that build emotional connection and long-term affinity.Oversee creative briefs, ideation, execution, and brand-level performance review.Ensure campaigns ladder up to brand strategy rather than short-term performance goals. Team Leadership & DevelopmentDirectly manage and develop brand and creative team members.Set goals, coach performance, and build scalable creative processes.Act as a mentor and creative leader within the organization. Brand Health & InsightsMonitor brand health metrics (awareness, perception, affinity) and consumer insights.Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform creative strategy and brand evolution.Qualifications10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading wholesale, partner, or channel marketing in CPG, beverage, or retail.Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth across wholesale or off-premise channels.Strong strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision with executional excellence.Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital ordering platforms, e-commerce, and local activations.Strong analytical acumen with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and performance optimization.Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, partners, and external stakeholders.Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days per week) in our Culver City office.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.Pressed Juicery, Inc. participates in the E-Verify program.
