We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Marketing Junior/Assistant Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This pivotal role is responsible for owning the voice, message, and creative direction of all content—driving brand growth across both digital (60%) and offline (40%) platforms.If you thrive on crafting compelling stories, ensuring brand consistency, and have a proven track record managing high-quality content production from ideation to execution, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesContent Ownership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies and calendars for both digital and offline initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.Creative Direction: Own the creative direction, narrative, and messaging across all touchpoints (social media, websites, print, email, in-store).Production & Execution: Oversee the ideation and production of high-quality content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to the Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Brands) to ensure cohesive, optimized, and integrated campaigns.Focus Areas: The role focuses on content ideation, storytelling, and production, enabling the digital team to focus on distribution and optimization.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive experience in content marketing, creative direction, or a related field, specifically with experience in both digital and offline content.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.Expertise:Proven experience creating content across multiple platforms (websites, blogs, social media, print materials, and email campaigns).Exceptional command of written communication (writing, editing, and proofreading) with meticulous attention to detail.Familiarity with digital content strategies, including SEO/SEM and social media best practices.Familiarity with content creation tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.Preferred: An agency background is a plus.
