Corporate Finance Lawyer

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a mid-level Corporate Finance Lawyer to support an innovative legal tech company.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team, contributing your legal expertise to the development of cutting-edge legal technology. You will be involved in testing and evaluating product outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and providing practical insights to enhance product performance for the UK and US markets.Key Requirements:Qualified England & Wales lawyer with solid experience in financial transactions, corporate M&A, SPAs, asset purchases, and project finance.Strong analytical skills and attention to detailGenuine interest in AI and emerging technologies within the legal sectorAvailability to work in the London office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)This is an exciting part-time, short-term opportunity (4–6 weeks), starting immediately and working 3 days per week for a commercially minded lawyer to contribute to the evolution of legal technology while applying their corporate finance expertise.We would like you to be able to perform at your best throughout this recruitment process.
