a laundrette(free) and several cafes. This is a hybrid role and most of the time we work from home. However, being able to get into our office is important.THE SHORT VERSIONWe’re looking for a Creative Strategist who knows how to make people stop scrolling and start buying. At ClickBoost, we help ambitious brands grow profitably through paid social and paid search, creating ads that sell, not just look good. You’ll bridge the gap between data and creativity, using insights, psychology, and social trends to come up with ideas that turn into winning ads. You’ll work with our media buyers, designers, and UGC creators to develop hooks, angles, and campaigns that grab attention and drive sales. We’re not looking for another media buyer, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social, understands why people buy, and knows how to turn that into powerful ad ideas that convert. If that sounds like you, scroll down and apply.THE LONGER VERSIONPeople change jobs for various reasons. Some wish to move on because of a bad boss.Others may discover that there is simply no opportunity left for them in their current position.Sometimes they simply want to earn a bit more money (there’s nothing wrong with that). There are also people who are deeply passionate about what they do and want the opportunity to learn, increase their knowledge, experience and further their career.Whatever the reason, we believe we have a lot to offer.ClickBoost is a paid media agency that specialises in generating leads and sales for our clients using various channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.Does that mean we simply look at numbers all day and take the creativity out of marketing?Absolutely not…Although we are very much data driven, what we do is a mix of creativity with careful analysis, which helps us understand exactly what gets results for our clients. This role requires somebody who is mainly creative, but is also happy making data-driven decisions. This is because you’ll need to help plan and oversee campaigns for our clients. The RoleThis is not a media buying role, it’s a creative strategy role designed for someone who knows what makes people stop scrolling and start buying. You’ll bridge the gap between data and creativity: using insights from performance metrics to develop winning creative ideas, briefs, and hypotheses that inspire our design, video, and UGC teams. You’ll be the “connective tissue” between performance data, brand messaging, and visual storytelling, turning insights into ads that convert. What You’ll DoLead creative ideation sessions, turning product insights, data trends, and buyer psychology into high-performing social ad concepts.Develop creative hypotheses and structured briefs that guide designers, editors, and UGC creators.Identify hooks, angles, and messages that resonate with specific audiences on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Conduct lightweight data reviews (CTR, thumbstop ratio, conversions) to identify patterns and opportunities for iteration.Stay ahead of social trends and competitor ads.Work closely with media buyers, graphic designers and account managers to align creative direction with performance insights.Run and document retrospectives, what worked, what didn’t, to continuously refine our creative playbook. You’re a fit if…You’ve been involved in developing creative ideas that drive sales, not just engagement. You understand the psychology behind why people buy — and how to translate that into scroll-stopping ads.You think in hooks, angles, and iterations. You can brief and collaborate confidently with graphic designers, editors, and UGC creators. You naturally spot trends and have an instinct for what makes a good ad work. You love social media and find inspiration daily from what’s trending in your feed. You’re comfortable using emerging AI and creative tools to enhance your process. You understand performance marketing principles, even if you’re not a media buyer. What Success Looks Like You help produce more high-performing ads.You increase marketing efficiency by focusing creative energy where it matters most. You inspire the team with data-backed creative insights and clear hypotheses. You build ClickBoost’s internal “Creative Playbook,” our source of truth for what converts and why. Likely Background Your current job title is likely going to be something such as Social Ads Manager, Content Manager, Creative Producer, Creative Strategist or Performance Manager.Experience with eCommerce, DTC, or performance-led brands.Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or creative analytics tools (like Motion, Triple Whale, etc.) is a plus.Strong grasp of storytelling, visual communication, and consumer psychology. What’s it like to work for ClickBoost? We take the success of our client’s business very seriously. The only reason we exist as a business is because we provide market-leading digital strategies to improve our clients’ online performance. For that reason, people who work for ClickBoost are genuinely passionate about what they do, if that sounds like you, then you’ll fit right in.We are also a friendly bunch who treat each other with the highest degree of respect.Being supportive of each other is also really important to us…If, for example, somebody makes a mistake we use that as a learning experience to improve our processes or to provide additional training. At ClickBoost we enjoy a social event from time to time. If that’s your thing, you’re welcome to come along. If not, then that’s also fine. Some agencies will put profit before the happiness of their staff and do things such as accepting projects from clients that they know they are very unlikely to be able to help.We believe this is short-sighted so we only work with clients that we believe we can help and are a good fit for our team. Here is some feedback about working at ClickBoost from some of the team..."At ClickBoost, you’re trusted to take charge of your work, which builds confidence and creativity. The working atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and collaboration is encouraged (with everyone’s ideas valued). I’ve grown a lot as a designer over the past 2 years thanks to this positive working environment."- Kirsty, Head of Design"The team at Clickboost fosters an environment where you're treated like an adult. There's no one standing over your shoulder shouting orders. The atmosphere is open and relaxed, yet there's enough accountability to ensure projects progress smoothly. You are encouraged to grow, and there are plenty of opportunities to dive into something new or expand your skill set. New ideas are always welcome, personalities shine and you never feel like you're being moulded into something you're not."- Lukasz, PPC/Social Ads SpecialistAdditional InformationThere’s nothing worse than having a computer that is slower than a 3-legged tortoise so we will give you some money and you can pick your own computer.ClickBoost has grown dramatically over the past few years which means we have a good mix of clients. Most of the businesses we work with have sizable budgets, meaning that you’re not expected to achieve outrageous results on a shoestring budget. As our services are in high demand, ClickBoost is in a fortunate position that allows them to carefully select clients that are right for them.We will never work with a client that we don’t think we can help, that’s not fair on them and it’s not fair on our team.If this role sounds right for you, we would love to hear from you.We don't need help from agencies to fill this position, as we always manage to hire using our own network of contacts.
