Job Description

What You’ll DoManage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.Deliver appropriate solutions and alternatives within stipulated timelines to meet service KPIs.Address a wide range of customer issues including high consumption, bill presentation, account opening/termination, and bill adjustments.Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)Support other operational tasks and assignments as required to ensure smooth team functioning.What You’ll Need:At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiriesStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication, written and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, organize and prioritize workAbility to work independently while being a cohesive team memberWhat We’ll Provide:Immerse in a positive work environment that promotes/fosters teamwork and collaborationYou will receive attractive remuneration for good performance.You will work in teams that thrive on collaboration for outstanding achievements
