Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their issues, answer queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating when necessaryMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM systemProvide product or service information and assist customers in making informed decisionsCollect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvementsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, product) to communicate customer insightsAssist in developing and improving customer service processes and standardsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh customer satisfaction scores (e.g., CSAT or NPS)Fast resolution times for customer ticketsClear and accurate documentation of customer interactionsProactive feedback contributing to service improvementStrong collaboration with other teams to enhance service deliveryRequired Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role (or similar)Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetEmpathy and patience when dealing with customersAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyExperience using CRM software or customer support tools (preferred)Detail-oriented and highly organizedPreferred QualificationsDiploma (business, communications, or related field)Experience in retail and hospitality is a plusFlexibility to work in shifts / weekends, if neededWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunities for career development and growthA supportive, collaborative work environmentTraining and development programs
