This job is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. RESPONSIBILITIES:Take leadership in client delivery activities for a region assigned including new customer onboardingResponsible for the overall delivery for the client ensuring client satisfactionCoordinate with technical teams to provide solutions to customer requests.Provide clear and precise reporting to the managementChurn ManagementUpsell and Cross SellConduct Client Satisfaction Surveys and Health checks periodically Interact and correspond with clients and partners and attend client meetings.Provide predominantly onsite user trainings for Administrator, Organizer and Members.Coordinate with internal teams on client delivery related activities. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 5 years experience in a relationship management role is mandatoryDegree or equivalent in IT, Business Management or related area would be an added advantage.
