The company's products include nitrogen generators, corrosion monitoring devices, and gas analyzers, along with services such as analytical testing, corrosion assessment, and training. Known for innovation, ECS has introduced groundbreaking processes like Dry Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (DPNI) and Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) to improve fire sprinkler system performance and reliability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Saint Louis for a Customer Support Specialist. The position involves providing top-tier customer service by responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and offering technical support for ECS's corrosion control solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, assisting with issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will also engage in client education about product uses, maintenance, and best practices. Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and empathyTechnical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and resolving product-related issuesExperience with CRM tools or systems and the ability to record and manage customer interactionsOrganizational and time management skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to customer success initiativesExperience or familiarity with fire protection systems or related industries preferredBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
