Known for innovation, ECS has introduced groundbreaking processes like Dry Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (DPNI) and Wet Pipe Nitrogen Inerting (WPNI) to improve fire sprinkler system performance and reliability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Saint Louis for a Customer Support Specialist. The position involves providing top-tier customer service by responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and offering technical support for ECS's corrosion control solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, assisting with issue resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will also engage in client education about product uses, maintenance, and best practices.
