Digital Content Creator – Birmingham - £30,000- £32,000Our client, a social media agency based in Birmingham, is seeking a Digital Content Creator to join their team. This role requires someone passionate about creating social-first content, with a background in achieving strong engagement.The RoleYou will work with the content and account teams to produce social media content from planning through to delivery. Your work will directly impact how clients appear online across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign static and carousel content using Canva (Adobe Suite experience is beneficial)Edit short-form video content using CapCut for Reels, TikTok, and ShortsPlan and execute content shoots using primarily an iPhone, managing lighting, framing, and audioWrite platform-specific captions and schedule posts using Later, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok SchedulerMonitor social media trends and contribute ideas to campaigns and content strategiesAssist with performance reporting and content analysisEssential RequirementsExperience in content creation or a social media-focused role (agency or brand side)Proficiency in Canva and CapCut with strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsConfident filming and directing content on iPhone Strong copywriting skills and understanding of framing, lighting, and movementOrganised with the ability to manage multiple client accountsAwareness of social media trends and cultural momentsJames Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions, we try to respond to all applications personally; however, due to the high volume of applications, this is not always possible.
