This includes identifying and nurturing relationships with creators, managing influencer campaigns, and coordinating ad-style content production for paid and organic use.The role blends creativity and organisation - ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple projects, and finding innovative ways to tell a brand’s story through social media and partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with influencers and content creators across multiple platformsIdentify suitable creators to produce engaging, high-quality content and branded adsHandle outreach, negotiation, briefing, and delivery for influencer partnershipsOversee the production of ad-style creator content for paid social campaignsSupport the coordination and execution of larger influencer collaborationsTrack campaign performance and report on key learnings and outcomesEnsure all activity aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and growth objectivesThe PersonHighly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects at onceStrong communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging directly with creatorsNaturally curious about social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital storytellingA self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience or internships in marketing, influencer relations, or talent management beneficial but not essentialA great fit for a recent graduate or early-career marketer with strong initiative and raw creative intelligenceNo need to have experience in the pet industry — just a genuine enthusiasm for building brands and connecting with people (though cat lovers are very welcome!)
