As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for handling the following:1. Assists in the launching, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the following digital marketing functions:a. Social Media Managementb. Website Development and Designc. Digital Public Relationsd. Digital Directoriese. Bloggers/Influencers Management2. Coordinates with the digital creative agencies in the preparation of Ayala Malls social media calendar.3. Contributes in the identification of additional advertising initiatives and campaigns that contribute to the growth revenue of Ayala Malls through digital media.4. Ensures the fluidity and agility of Ayala Malls social media accounts.5. Monitors coordinates Ayala Malls website design and development including content creation, images, articles, write ups, directories, SEO and paid ads.6. Coordinates and monitors with Public Relations agencies for ads, promos, launching, events and others.7. Monitors and controls bloggers and influencers by providing standardize PR kits and briefs.8. Contributes in the overall preparation, planning, evaluation and presentation of marketing budget, costs and expenses9. Evaluates and analyzes statistical data and reports to identify causes of marketing related problems and develops sound recommendations for improvement of policies and processes.10. Prepares and submits the following reports on a regular basis:a. Consolidation of Reports - performance of digital ads, monthly social media analytics, engagement and impressionsb. Digital Reportsc. Budget Monitoring Report 11. Performs other management-mandated functions. Qualifications:• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration, Multimedia Arts or any equivalent course• Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing or Creative Agencies, Shopping Mall Management or Property Management• Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple and simultaneous (volume) marketing projects and campaigns• Average proficiency level in communication, organization, critical thinking abilities, presentation skills and project management skills• Average proficiency level in the use of MS Office applications specifically MS Word, Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Visio as well as other specialized software like SAP, CADD and others• Strong social media marketing experience
