Genius Group is looking for a Singapore-based Digital Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products/services. Minimum Requirements8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in high-growth environments.Global marketing experience — demonstrated ability to run campaigns across multiple geographies, tailoring strategies to diverse audiences.Demonstrable success scaling marketing operations to drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth across products, platforms, or services.AI expertise — strong curiosity, engagement, and demonstrable experience using AI tools, platforms, and strategies in marketing, lead generation, and automation.Leadership experience — ability to set up, scale, and manage a small marketing team and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations.Proven expertise in growth marketing funnels— from top-of-funnel awareness through to conversion, onboarding, and retention.Hands-on technical skills in performance marketing (SEO/SEM), analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution modeling), and marketing automation (HubSpot, ConvertKit, or similar).Proven results in lead generation at scale, with clear KPIs and case studies to demonstrate pipeline growth and ROI.Track record in brand building — ability to combine performance-driven strategies with creative brand storytelling to drive awareness and credibility.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to set targets, report weekly on KPIs, and consistently optimize campaigns for ROI.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.SEO/SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research, manage bid strategies, and optimize website and ad copy for search engines.Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and create engaging posts.Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Website Management: Work with web development teams to ensure website functionality, user experience, and SEO best practices are met.Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and branding strategy aligned with business objectives.Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar across all social media channels.Oversee video production and creative campaigns to ensure brand consistency and storytelling impact.Manage and collaborate with agencies and third-party providers for content creation, paid media, and analytics.Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content based on engagement data.Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities.Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.Key Expectations of the RoleBuild a Scalable Growth Engine – Design and implement marketing systems, funnels, and automations that can scale with Genius Academy’s global expansion.Deliver Measurable ROI – Consistently track, optimize, and report on campaign performance with clear ROI across paid, organic, and email channels.Scale Lead Generation – Drive consistent month-on-month growth in qualified leads to fuel revenue into the multi-million-dollar range.Master Paid Media – Run high-performing paid campaigns (search, social, display) that generate predictable and profitable customer acquisition.Expand Organic Reach – Grow SEO rankings, content visibility, and social media engagement to position Genius Academy as a global thought leader.Own the Customer Journey – Build full-funnel campaigns that nurture prospects from awareness through to conversion and retention.Integrate AI in Marketing – Leverage AI tools, platforms, and workflows to increase efficiency, personalize campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.Lead with Data – Establish benchmarks, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure all marketing activity is data-driven and insights-led.Build Brand Authority – Elevate Genius Academy’s positioning as the go-to platform for AI, Bitcoin, and Community education through digital storytelling.Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with product, sales, and operations to align marketing with business objectives and deliver integrated campaigns.
