You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, partnering closely with leadership and technical subject matter experts to deliver high-impact solutions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to navigate the service-driven workflows of engineering and sustainability consulting firms.What You’ll DoOwn the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → demo → proposal → closeBuild relationships with AEC, FM, and sustainability consulting firmsConvert pilots and proof-of-concept engagements into annual and multi-year contractsTailor demos alongside leadership and solutions engineeringRepresent Hartree at conferences, industry associations, and client workshopsWhat You Bring3–8+ yrs sales experience in AEC / Energy / Sustainability ConsultingStrong consultative sales and storytelling skillsComfort engaging technical and business stakeholdersHigh drive, proactive outreach mindset, competitive follow-throughNice to HaveRelationships or network within top MEP, FM, sustainability, or building performance firmsFamiliarity with Energy audits, Carbon Accounting, EUI benchmarking, LEED/WELL/ESG frameworks, or decarbonization planning
