Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for a Director of Client Services. In this role, you will oversee client service operations to ensure excellence and satisfaction, manage a dynamic team, and develop strategies to enhance customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include supervising client accounts, analyzing customer feedback, crafting solutions to meet client needs, and fostering a collaborative team culture. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with Ban's innovative vision. Qualifications Experience in Advertising Client Services with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional resultsStrong understanding of Brand Strategy and Analytical Skills to evaluate client data and identify trends and actionable insights in developing creative briefs.Proven ability in client servicing and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communicationLeadership and Team Management skills to guide and inspire a high-performing teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrategic thinking and decision-making capabilitiesProven experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
