Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Colombo for a Business Development Officer. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends and data to inform decision-making, maintaining financial diligence, and fostering positive relationships with clients. The Business Development Officer will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, devising strategies to engage clients effectively, and collaborating with teams to achieve organizational growth objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in New Business Development and a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth.Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance for assessing market trends and making data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.Proactive and result-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.Prior experience in business development or a related field is an advantage.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
