Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Delegate located in Colombo District. The Medical Delegate will be responsible for promoting and detailing medical products to healthcare professionals, building strong professional relationships, and providing insights on how products can add value to medical practices. Additional responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels and merchandising, leveraging analytical tools to identify opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets through strategic planning and excellent communication with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging with healthcare professionals and building professional relationships.Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmaceutical sales practices, and the ability to understand complex medical and product-related information.Skills in sales strategy, team coaching, and the ability to use analytical tools and sales dashboards to identify growth opportunities and measure performance.Proven ability in professional detailing, merchandising, and managing stock effectively within assigned territories.Experience in customer relationship management, marketing, and understanding customer insights.Capability to work under pressure, meet sales goals, and adapt to market changes.Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role is advantageous.
