We pride ourselves on being a trusted extension of our clients' operations.Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Role: Junior Executive – Key Account Management and Network Development Reporting to: Director – Network Development Department: Network DevelopmentRole Description A leading multinational company based in the U.S. is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join its back-office logistics operations. The Junior Executive – Key Account Management and Network Development will be responsible for supporting client account operations while also assisting in the growth and maintenance of the global agent network.Core KAM responsibilities include managing day-to-day communications, coordinating with existing global logistics agents, updating customer SOPs, and ensuring timely issue resolution.Network Development responsibilities will involve identifying and researching potential new logistics partners/agents in key markets, supporting the vetting and onboarding process, and maintaining the central database of agent contacts and capabilities.Additional responsibilities include preparing quotations, maintaining rate sheets, assisting in monitoring agent performance metrics, and contributing to weekly and monthly reporting.
