Discovery Engineer

Role Description:Duration of contract: 12-month contract assignmentWe are looking for an Discovery Engineer to work on the Platform Automation Cloud team, developing new ingestion solutions that will transform the future of cloud security. This position will report to the Platform Automation Cloud Discovery Team Lead and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.Your Impact:This position calls for someone who possesses a good cloud engineering background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.Develop new ingestion solutions, specifically for Cloud Discovery R&D).Take a leading role in enhancing and expanding cloud ingestion capabilities and coverage for Organisation's Next Gen SOC platform.Set high-quality standards, seeking and choosing technical solutions to meet current and future needs.Implement, deliver, and ensure the quality of services in an agile environment.Be accountable for product delivery, quality, and timelines.Collaborate with global tech, product, and security research teams.Interface with other groups around the globe.Your Experience:Minimum 1 year of engineering experienceProven experience with various Cloud Service Providers, their structure, and best practicesHands-on experience working with REST APIsExpertise in version control toolsGood communication and ability to constantly work with other teamsCreativity and visionary skillsFluent in English, both written and verbalAdvantage:Software development hands-on experience in a modern programming languageRelevant diploma or bachelor's degreeProven expirience with CI/CD tools
