This role supports the day-to-day operations of distributors ensuring timely and accurate deals get booked.Key responsibilities:Order FulfillmentReviewing information we get from the Distribution team, getting a GPL and DAR submittedClose opportunitiesAlign all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunitiesFast trackAfter verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast trackSystem SupportUse CRM to support our Distribution team in order to align forecast call.Process OptimizationIdentify inefficiencies and implement improvements in warehouse workflows.QualificationsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with logistics software (SAP, Manhattan WMS, etc.)Knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse operationsAbility to multitask and work in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAdditional InformationWe embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences.
