Key Responsibilities:-Brand Strategy Development • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.• Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.-Market Analysis • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.• Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.-Campaign Management• Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.-Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business goals.• Partner with external agencies for design, advertising, and media planning.-Performance Tracking• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future initiatives.• Manage the brand budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.-Customer Engagement • Foster a strong connection between the brand and its target audience through storytelling and innovative strategies.• Champion customer feedback to refine brand messaging and offerings.Candidate Requirements:• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration.• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services.• Understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.• Ability to align business strategies with customer needs.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.• Resilience in handling client challenges and meeting revenue targets.Job Qualifications for Key Account Manager:• Bachelor’s degree or Professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced industry.• Strong understanding of brand management principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
