With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.Job Role:Maximize the customer base by identifying new business opportunities, particularly in Central Air Conditioning sales.Build strong public relations and rapport with clients.Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients.Retain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.Manage the collection and recovery of payments in a timely manner.Review and monitor sales performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Coordinate with the engineering division to prepare client proposals and ensure timely submission.Meet with customers regularly for business development and secure new orders.Achieve annual sales targets as set by the company.Organize and arrange customer events and represent company in exhibitions award ceremony etc.Dealing with suppliers to get best price and the delivery.Preparing of report/presentations for the management when necessaryVisit outstation sites/clients when necessary.The Person:Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university/institute Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical engineering will be and added advantage.2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in corporate environmentProven experience in MEP field, particularly in HVAC salesStrong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.Excellent customer relationship management.Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and administrative teams.Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle client issues effectively.Valid driving licenseFluency in English and proficiency in MS office package.Note : We kindly request that only genuinely interested candidates apply for this position.
