Head of Leisure SalesAbout the JobWe are seeking a driven and strategic Head of Leisure Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts within the leisure segment. This role is ideal for a results-oriented hospitality professional who can build strong relationships, develop packages, and drive revenue through leisure, group, and Free Independent Traveler sales channels.You will be responsible for developing and executing the leisure sales strategy to attract guests, promote the rest house’s facilities, and maximize occupancy and revenue across all leisure offerings. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hotel or travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement the leisure sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.Identify and build relationships with key travel agents, corporate partners, tour operators, and online platforms.Design and promote leisure packages, seasonal offers, and group stay promotions.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain long-term relationships with existing partners and clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and presentations to promote the property and its facilities.Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for key leisure accounts.Revenue & ReportingMonitor and report on sales performance, booking trends, and conversion rates.Collaborate with the revenue and reservations teams to optimize pricing, packages, and promotions.Forecast sales targets and budgets, and prepare monthly performance reports for management.Team Leadership & CollaborationLead and motivate a small sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.Coordinate with marketing, front office, and operations to align sales efforts with guest experience.Ensure consistent brand presentation and service quality across all touchpoints.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in hotel or leisure sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.Strong knowledge of leisure markets, travel agents, and online distribution channels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales or CRM systems.Bonus PointsExperience working with boutique or resort-style properties.Existing network of travel and leisure industry contacts.Knowledge of digital sales, online promotions, and social media marketing.What This Role OffersCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead the leisure sales strategy for a growing hospitality property.A collaborative environment that values initiative and innovation.Career development within the hospitality and travel sales sector.How to ApplyIf you are a passionate hospitality professional with a talent for sales and relationship building, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now by sending your resume to: careers@atlasteams.io
