If you’re driven, strategic, and thrive in fast-paced environments—this is your opportunity to join a team that’s changing lives every day.What You’ll Get To DoDrive Revenue GrowthOwn your territory: forecast and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goalsBecome a subject matter expert across the Natus Neuro portfolioCommunicate product value to generate leads and develop new businessPrepare sales forecasts and manage your pipeline through Salesforce CRMConduct tailored sales demonstrations for both MD and Clinical stakeholdersBuild strong clinical and administrative relationships to develop key opinion leaders (KOLs)Lead Territory EngagementExecute formal presentations, host peer-to-peer events, and introduce new productsSupport product adoption through continued education and strategic touchpointsPartner with internal teams including sales support and customer service to ensure top-tier customer experienceRepresent Natus at trade shows, conferences, and professional eventsHandle Administrative DutiesEnsure all regulatory and quality protocols are metMaintain accurate records and pipeline insights in SalesforceAdapt quickly to changing market or organizational needsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) strongly preferredMinimum 5 years of MedTech sales experiencePreferably in EEG, EMG, or PSGStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to work independently and manage complex territoriesComfortable collaborating with physicians, nurses, IT, and executive stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointPreferred SkillsDirect medical device sales experienceExperience with EEG, EMG, and PSG technologies and selling in clinical environmentsFamiliarity with KOL engagement and peer-to-peer education strategiesTravel RequiredExtensive travel across the assigned territory is expected—approximately 75%, including hospitals, conferences, and customer sites. Some travel may involve adverse weather conditions or joint fieldwork with colleagues.
