The E-Commerce Expert will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, analyzing sales performance data, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key tasks include monitoring product listings, managing inventory, implementing digital marketing strategies, improving website functionality, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other online marketplaces.Develop and execute strategies to improve organic ranking, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.Oversee store operations - including pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and catalog health.Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.Develop enhanced brand content to improve engagement and sales.Run and optimize campaigns using Amazon Advertising tools.Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure strong marketplace representation.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon platform.Proven track record working with major home appliance or vacuum cleaner brands on Amazon.Experience with Amazon, Noon and other regional e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.Ability to manage multiple SKUs and maintain high operational accuracy.Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms with a strong understanding of online sales strategiesSales experience and the ability to execute strategies that drive revenue growthPrior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is an advantageHow to Apply:Send your CV to [mica@unido.ae], with the subject line:"E-commerce Expert- Ecovacs MEA"
