Job Title – Customer Success Account Manager (Food & Beverage)Type – OutsourcedContract Duration- 12 months contractWork Location – DubaiMandatory – Arabic speakers mandatory, Food & Beverage industry background preferred, Preferably with Knowledge on API Integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end onboarding for restaurant partners, including menu setup, integrations, and go-live support.Develop strong product expertise to help restaurants maximize their digital presence.Collaborate with Integration, Product, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless onboarding.Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve product and processes.Build strong relationships with partners through proactive communication and support.Requirements2–3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Relationship Management (SaaS/F&B tech preferred).Bachelor’s degree (Engineering a plus).Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.Nice to HaveExperience in F&B or digital transformation.Basic understanding of API integrations.Familiarity with SaaS onboarding best practices.
