Job SummaryEvery Sales Specialist leads client acquisition and revenue growth for the agency. The role focuses on identifying prospects, presenting digital solutions, and closing deals across multiple markets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities across target sectors.Communicate digital marketing solutions to potential clients.Present SEO, SMM, Web Development, Performance Marketing, and PR services with clarity and confidence.Build strong relationships with decision makers.Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.Maintain accurate records in the CRM.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.Represent the agency at meetings, events, and online communication channels.RequirementsHave proven experience in digital marketing sales for at least 1 year.Have basic knowledge of SEO, SMM, Web Development, Performance Marketing, and PR.Have strong communication and negotiation skills.Have confidence in presenting digital services to clients.Have the ability to work with CRM systems.Have disciplined work habits and attention to detail.Have fluency in English.Have additional languages as an advantage.
