The company offers a diverse product range including premium lifting, hoisting, and rigging equipment, engineered to deliver exceptional safety, durability, and performance across demanding environments in the oil & gas, marine logistics, mining and industrial sectors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in the UAE. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for direct sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing proposals and estimates, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance and sales support across Tiger Lifting’s full range of lifting and hoisting equipment.Develop and manage key accounts within the oil and gas sector while also supporting growth across construction, rail, power, and mining industries.Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals with accuracy and speed.Maintain and update customer and sales information using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Identify new business opportunities, attend client meetings, and support site visits as required.Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure product suitability, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service.Qualification Requirements:Relevant degree qualifications in Engineering, Sales, or a related field are preferredStrong technical knowledge of lifting and hoisting equipment (essential).Proven experience within the oil and gas market, with additional experience in construction, rail, power, or mining highly desirable.Working knowledge of Business Central (or similar ERP/CRM systems).Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, responsive sales environment.Proficiency in English, and additional language skills applicable to the MENA region would be a plusWhat We Offer·      Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.·      Professional development and career progression within a growing organisation.·      Supportive team culture with high standards of safety, service, and integrity.
