E-Commerce Manager - Subang Jaya

Company Description:We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online sales and digital marketing efforts for one of InNature Berhad’s key subsidiaries. This person will manage our brand’s presence across e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and run paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and Lazada Ads. You’ll be responsible for growing sales, optimizing product listings, and driving traffic through strategic advertising.We are looking for someone with experience in the beauty industry, who understands consumer behavior and market trends within this space. Candidates with a background in retail (especially beauty retail) will have a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, etc.) across platformsRun and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Lazada Sponsored AdsMonitor performance data (sales, traffic, ad spend, conversion) and suggest improvementsCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth operationsTroubleshoot any issues related to e-commerce performance or customer experienceTrack and report on sales, traffic, and ad performance across all platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to help improve resultsPresent campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to managementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital ads (beauty industry is a plus)Strong knowledge of online platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and ad tools (Meta, TikTok, Lazada Ads)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently, manage projects, and multitaskCreative mindset with attention to detailBasic knowledge of SEO, SEM, or digital marketing is a bonus
