Early Childhood Educator - BSD Center

About the role: As our Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the earliest learning experiences of our young learners, aged 2-4 years old. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about child development, deeply understands the importance of play in learning, and can create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment. You will facilitate playful, meaningful experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and foundational skills in language, thinking, and social-emotional development. Your role is central to helping children grow into lifelong learners, while keeping the joy of learning at the heart of everything we do.Requirements: • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching is highly desirable.• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Indonesian.• Creative, energetic, and patient, with a passion for teaching and education.• Deep instincts when it comes to working with kids of all ages.• Intuitive when it comes to classroom management, particularly group-based classes   in an offline setting.• Proficient in using technology to enhance the learning experience.• Ability to work on-site in BSD & Bintaro area
