Tunas Muda School is a Catholic IB World School established in 1994. We are located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. We embrace, engage and enrich students from Toddlers to Year 12 by implementing the three IB Programmes (PYP, MYP, and DP) within a caring learning environment.General requirements:Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, Management (Overseas graduate is preferred)Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the relevant field (IB training/experience is an advantage)Possess good managerial and interpersonal skills (planning, monitoring, and evaluating) & the ability to collaborate well in a teamSelf-motivatedComputer and internet proficientExcellent communication skills in written and spoken EnglishFluent English speakerJob Description: Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materialsTeach IB Business Management (SL and/or HL) following IB standards and practicesDesign and administer assessments (quizzes, exams, assignments) to evaluate student progressProvide timely, constructive feedback to students on their performanceTrack student performance and identify areas for improvementManage classroom behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environmentPromote discipline and guide students in following school rules and proceduresParticipate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance teaching skillsServe as a homeroom teacher if required
