Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management:Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targetsMonitor KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and cart abandonmentOptimize pricing, promotions, and merchandising to drive growthCollaborate with finance to forecast sales and manage budgetsDigital Marketing & Customer Acquisition:Lead performance marketing (SEM, SEO, paid social, email, affiliate) to drive traffic and conversionsOversee brand campaigns, content strategy, and customer engagement initiativesAnalyze customer data to improve targeting, personalization, and retentionManage agency relationships and marketing technology platformsProduct & Platform Strategy:Own the ecommerce product roadmap, including website UX, mobile experience, and feature developmentCollaborate with tech teams to implement enhancements and ensure platform stabilityMonitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform product innovationEnsure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics toolsSupply Chain & Fulfillment:Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategiesEnsure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment, shipping, and returnsPartner with logistics providers and warehouse teams to optimize operationsImplement scalable processes for peak seasons and new product launchesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)8+ years of experience in ecommerce, with leadership across sales, marketing, product, and supply chainProven track record of scaling online revenue and improving operational efficiencyStrong analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and marketing tech
