For Marici Australia Pty Ltd(Fimer Australia-A fully owned entity of Fimer group/MA Solar Italy)As an engineering manager you must plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the engineering and technical operations of organizations.Tasks Include:Determining, implementing and monitoring engineering strategies, policies and plansInterpreting plans, drawings and specifications, and providing advice on engineering methods and procedures to achieve construction and production requirementsEstablishing project schedules and budgetsEnsuring conformity with specifications and plans, and with laws, regulations and safety standardsEnsuring engineering standards of quality, cost, safety, timeliness and performance are observedOverseeing maintenance requirements to optimise efficiencyLiaising with marketing, research, and manufacturing managers regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product designMay contribute to research and development projectsSkills Required:You must have at least 15+ years of work experience on design, troubleshooting of Solar Inverters or PCS for BESS ApplicationsBachelor of Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering from reputed university.Must have experience of integration with MV Equipment like Transformers & SwitchgearShould be a team playerPeople Management Skills with direct reports up to 5Ability to handle clients/customer directlySalary Range - AUD 150,000 to 180,000
