This is a pivotal role managing upstream (client-side) contractual obligations and risks, ensuring alignment with PPP frameworks and contractual KPIs.You will oversee the end-to-end management of upstream contracts, lead commercial discussions with government partners, and ensure all deliverables align with complex contractual requirements.
