We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) - Water Treatment to manage and grow key corporate accounts. This role focuses on strengthening executive-level relationships, driving account expansion, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value across large, multi-facility organizations. **Must have experience in water/wastewater treatment**What You’ll DoServe as the primary contact for major enterprise accounts and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Deeply understand client goals and align solutions to support their long-term strategy.Lead recurring business reviews focused on performance, ROI, and growth opportunities.Drive account expansion through cross-sell, upsell, and introduction of new solutions.Partner closely with facility-level Account Managers to ensure satisfaction and retention across all locations.Identify new revenue opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts.Represent client needs internally and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and visibility into account performance and risks.What You Bring5+ years of enterprise account management or strategic B2B sales experience.Proven success managing and expanding high-value accounts.Consultative approach with strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically while managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
