The ERP HR Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing ERP solutions related to human resources. Day-to-day tasks include developing and overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enhancing HR processes through strategic use of technology. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure an effective deployment of the ERP system tailored to business requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and HR processesExperience in HR Policies and Employee RelationsThorough understanding of Labor and Employment LawStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze business needs and translate them into effective ERP HR solutionsExperience with ERP systems and implementation is an advantageBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field IFS/ ERP HCM Consultant1-3 years’ experience in any ERP or IFSGood Communication Skills Qualification: Hr qualified or HR Analytics qualified from CIPMBenefits:·        A highly competitive compensation package·        Medical benefits (with cover for family)·        An international and diverse work atmosphere working with large clients in multiple geographies..
