One of our clients is seeking a "Manager / Assistant Manager – Compensation & Benefits" In to join their reputable company.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in HRM; an MBA is an added advantage.6–8 years of hands-on experience in payroll and compensation management, preferably in a multi-entity corporate environment.Strong technical knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws, taxation, and statutory benefits.Proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems.Excellent attention to detail, high ethical standards, and strong process orientation.Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
