Estimating Manager - Contractor

An established and reputable Main Contractor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled Estimating Manager to a growing team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the estimating department across Building, Civil, and MEP disciplines.Prepare, review, and finalize cost estimates and tender submissions.Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.Analyze drawings, specifications, and contractual documents to determine project requirements.Develop and maintain estimation procedures, cost databases, and benchmarking systems.Mentor and guide junior estimators to ensure quality and consistency of work.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering10–15 years of experience in estimation within a main contracting environment.Proven track record in estimating for building, civil, and MEP projects.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in relevant estimation software and MS Office tools.
