You will work directly alongside a founder building a globally relevant energy company. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep complex schedules and priorities running smoothly.You will interact with investors, advisors, senior executives, and external partners, playing a key role in helping the Chairman operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic priorities.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and excited about working inside an innovative technology company tackling some of the world’s biggest energy challenges.What You’ll DoManage the Chairman’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling across meetings, investor calls, and travelCoordinate meetings with investors, advisors, board members, and internal leadershipPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing notesDraft professional correspondence and assist with communicationsOrganize travel logistics, itineraries, and scheduling for domestic and international tripsTrack key action items and help ensure follow-ups across the organizationPrepare and manage expense reports and administrative documentationMaintain organized records and assist with document preparation for key corporate activitiesSupport internal coordination across teams and external partnersAssist with special projects and strategic initiatives led by the ChairmanWhat We’re Looking For3+ years supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teamsExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and judgmentStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needsComfortable interacting with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity toolsExperience in technology, energy, finance, or startup environments is a plusWhy Join Nuclea EnergyWork directly with the Chairman and founding teamBe part of a company developing next-generation nuclear energy technologyExposure to global investors, strategic partners, and industry leadersOpportunity to grow with a high-impact technology companyCompetitive compensation and hybrid work flexibility
