The Windsor, Ontario office of Miller Canfield LLP prides itself on providing exceptional service to clients and a positive and rewarding career for our team. We are seeking a highly organized and friendly receptionist to join our team. Position Overview We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Admin Clerk. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. As the first point of access for our clients, the receptionist will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors. Key RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following experience and responsibilities:·      To provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients·      Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner·      Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person·      Maintain a clean and organized reception area·      Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and file openings·      Manage office supplies and inventory·      Handling incoming mail and packages·      Scheduling of conference rooms·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel;·      Availability to work full-time hours;Why You Should Join Us Miller Canfield LLP is a mid-sized law firm operating in Windsor, Ontario, with competitive salaries, benefit packages, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
