File Manager (Remote – within Canada)PsycIME | Full-TimePsycIME is a growing national provider of psychiatric Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), supporting legal and insurance professionals across Canada. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive File Manager to join our operations team.This role sits at the center of our case workflow. The File Manager is responsible for receiving incoming medical files, organizing them within our case management program (ExpeFlow), and ensuring they move efficiently through each stage of processing. You will work closely with our operations leadership, clinical assessors, and administrative team to keep cases progressing smoothly and on schedule.The ideal candidate enjoys working with systems, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping complex workflows organized and running efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Receiving and organizing incoming medical documentationUploading and structuring files within our case management programAssigning files to the appropriate internal team members for processingMonitoring case progress and helping ensure files move efficiently through each stage of workflowManaging client email inquiries related to file status and coordinationFacilitating edit requests between referral sources and clinical assessorsActing as a knowledgeable resource for the team on our case management system and workflow processesThis is a fully remote position requiring availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). The role works closely with the Senior Operations Director and Quality Assurance Manager and plays a key role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our operations.RequirementsKnowledge of IME (Independent Medical Examination) industry, insurance industry, SABS, or legal med-legal space in Canada is a highly preferred.
