SHR Talent is partnering with a fast-growing, high-performance organization in its search for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leading two thriving companies. As the Executive assistant, you will be an integral part of both companies, not just support behind the scenes.The Executive Assistant is not your average administrative role, it is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where you’re trusted to execute, encouraged to celebrate wins, and expected to grow, and knows how to make a leader more efficient, not just busy.The Executive Assistant position requires a daily onsite work schedule in Nashville, TN and preferably a front office presence.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for the Chief Executive OfficerPrioritize tasks and help drive efficiency across two organizationsServe as the Chief Executive Officer’s point of contact when out of office, keeping communication flowingAnticipate needs from travel to team supportRun point on logistics, coordination, and internal communicationBuild trust and rhythm with high-level teams and external partnersAssist in creating a smooth, supportive, and proactive work environmentQualifications:Prior experience as an Executive Assistant for C-suite level professionals, high net worth individuals, or fast-growing companiesStrong, concise communicator with the confidence and clarity to get things done efficiently and effectivelyEmotionally intelligent with the ability to hustle, learn quickly, and lead from behind the scenesSharp time management and task prioritization instinctsStrong office management or logistics coordination experienceStrong organization skills with the ability to think strategically with a proactive approach
