This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring environment — ensuring every team member and guest feels supported from the moment they walk through the door.This position blends hospitality, facilities management, and operational excellence. You’ll keep our Hive buzzing with positive energy by managing the day-to-day operations of the space, coordinating events, supporting global workplace initiatives, and ensuring our workplace reflects Bumble’s values of kindness, accountability, and empowerment.Key responsibilities:Keep shared spaces tidy, well-stocked, and invitingGreet team members and visitors with warmth and professionalismSupport on-site events, meetings, and team socials, coordinating logistics, catering, and setupServe as the first point of contact for facilities and office needsCoordinate with vendors and partners for cleaning, maintenance, catering, travel, and suppliesManage office supplies, mail, and deliveries; conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve issuesOversee workplace ticketing and ensure timely issue resolution.Assist with all workplace operations including: gifting, recognitions, process invoices, manage vendor setup, and track workplace budgetsPartner with People and Operations teams on onboarding, offboarding, and workplace initiativesSupport sustainability, wellness, and safety programsAbout you2–4 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or hospitalityHighly organised, adaptable, and proactive with strong attention to detailFriendly, approachable, and confident communicating across all levelsSkilled in Google Workspace, Slack, and facilities management toolsPassionate about creating inclusive, people-first environments that reflect Bumble’s valuesAbout UsBumble Inc. is the parent company of Bumble Date, BFF, and Badoo.
