Job Description

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the [CEO], ensuring efficient operation of the executives office. The EA handles a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, works independently with minimal supervision, and is well-organized, flexible, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Manage and maintain the executives schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel.Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners.Draft reports, memos, letters, and other documents.Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.Make travel arrangements and itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and meetings.Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Liaise with other staff and departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work independently and under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.High level of discretion and confidentiality.
