MANDATORY: Candidate must be willing to commute to and from our office located in Brgy Don Manuel, Quezon CityManage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.Handle correspondence, scheduling, and filing; ensuring efficient workflow.Maintain client confidentiality and strong relationshipsCoordinate production and deliveries of goodsOrganize and plan meetings for the proprietors with the clients and prospective buyersManage client requirements, follow-ups, and after sales concernsJob Title: Secretary (ON SITE EMPLOYMENT/ NO REMOTE WORK)Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 3 YEARS UNDERGRADUATE from a recognized institution.Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.Skills And CompetenciesExceptional time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail.Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; occasional overtime may be required. Monday to Saturday work days.Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, discreet, proactive, and possess strong organizational abilities.
