Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join us in our Wickford office and become an essential part of how the directors work day-to-day. This isn’t just a diary-management job, we want someone who helps keep the whole operation running smoothly and manages the 3 co-founders.You’ll be organising schedules, prepping meeting notes, keeping on top of expenses, and making sure the directors are where they need to be (with what they need). You’ll also be speaking with clients, helping coordinate projects, looking after key admin, and generally making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re someone who likes improving processes, bringing order to busy days, and being the person everyone can rely on, this role will suit you perfectly.QualificationsSolid experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar admin-heavy roleConfident handling expenses and keeping accurate recordsGreat communication skills — clear, friendly, and professionalHighly organised with strong attention to detailGood with office software and quick to pick up new toolsAble to handle sensitive or confidential informationProactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasksCompany DescriptionProject Chartered Surveyors (Project Surveying Services Ltd.) is all about delivering great work with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. We have a team of 30 and the co-founders are highly ambitious. We cover a wide range of surveying and project services — from design and spec work, project management, and Section 20 major works to planned maintenance reports, party wall matters, defect inspections, dilaps, licences to alter, measured surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments. We’re proud of the quality of what we do, and we like to keep things approachable, efficient, and high-standard across the board.
