We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Counsel and Company Secretary, with additional support provided to members of the Legal and Governance team.This is an exciting opportunity for a confident EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values integrity and confidentiality, and enjoys being the trusted right-hand to senior leaders.About the RoleIn this diverse and rewarding role, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support. You will coordinate meetings and events, manage complex diaries, arrange travel, prepare documentation and presentations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Legal and Governance function.A strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and positive stakeholder relationships is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.Coordinate diaries, emails, meetings, appointments, and logistics.Organise meeting rooms, catering, travel, and accommodation as required.Prepare and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and documentation.Process monthly expenses, legal invoices, and administrative records.Manage team meetings, including agendas, minutes, materials, and venue setup.Maintain records, follow up on pending actions, and manage confidential files.Handle communications and calls on behalf of the team with professionalism.Build strong internal relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.Support broader Executive Assistant and site leadership needs as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting senior leaders – candidates from a legal support environment will be highly regarded.Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office, including Slides/PowerPoint.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.A strong commitment to safety and company values.Why Join Us?Be part of a respected, industry-leading organisation.Work with a collaborative and supportive Legal and Governance team.Enjoy a varied, challenging, and rewarding role where no two days are the same.If you are an organised, resourceful Executive Assistant who takes pride in enabling senior leaders to operate at their best, are available from January 2026 and can commit to a 6month contract, please submit your resume today.
