Join our APAC Team and be part of an organisation that values collaboration, growth, and excellence.In this high-impact role, you will lead the export sales function of Jack Link's Protein Snacks across designated territories, driving revenue growth and establishing Jack Link's as the leading brand within each market. This role requires international travel as spending time with customers and partners forms a significant part of this role. In the first 90 days you will be primarily focused on establishing relationships in key markets that include Singapore, Japan, Philippines and Vietnam. We will accept applications from candidates based in Sydney Australia and Singapore.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:Sales LeadershipPartner with in-market sales teams and distributors to develop and execute growth strategiesPrioritize sales initiatives across markets to maximize sustainable, long-term growthAchieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as agreedDevelop market-specific pricing recommendations that optimize profitability while supporting growth objectivesCoordinate with production teams to align supply volumes and lead times with customer demandCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with technical/compliance teams to ensure full regulatory adherence in all marketsCollaborate with R&D to launch and adapt products for local market preferences and requirementsSeek out new potential distribution partners and negotiate complex distribution agreementsEstablish distributor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to exceed in country resultsDesign and recommend promotional strategies that balance growth acceleration with profit targetsStrategic PlanningConduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threatsProvide regular reporting on market performance, trends, and forecastsBuild and maintain strong personal relationships with key distributors and retail partnersBuild profitable business models within each market, inclusive of marketing and promotional plans.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table:Essential:Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce, or a related fieldAbility to work autonomouslyProven track record in structured B2B sales, business development, or commercial rolesStrong analytical skills with high commercial acumenExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilitiesAbility to work effectively across cultures and time zonesPreferred Experience:Export sales or international business development, particularly across APAC marketsBackground in FMCG/CPG sales, marketing, or category management rolesExperience in related sectors: snack foods, confectionery, beverage, food service, or consumer packaged goodsTrade marketing, key account management, or distributor management experienceMarket entry strategies and international expansion initiativesCross-functional project leadership (e.g., product launches, market activations)Relevant Backgrounds May Include:Regional sales managers from FMCG companiesBusiness development professionals from food distribution companiesKey account managers from Retail or Food Service sectorsKey Competencies:Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesAdaptability to diverse market conditions and business practicesSelf-motivated with ability to work independently across multiple marketsValid passport and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30-40% of time)Desirable:Additional Asian language skills (Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese)Understanding of import/export regulations and customs proceduresExperience with modern and traditional trade channels across AsiaWho You Are:A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of category growth driversA dynamic, self-disciplined professional who thrives in a high-growth environment.A natural collaborator with a customer-centric mindset.Emotionally intelligent, professional, and driven to succeed.A confident communicator who can work autonomously.Aligned with Jack Link’s values and passionate about innovation and excellence.Additional InformationWhy Join Jack Link’s?Be part of something bigger: Jack Link’s is a global brand with a strong presence in the APAC region.Collaborate across teams: Work alongside our APAC team members to bring our unique culture to life!Supportive environment: Join a fun, cohesive team committed to achieving greatness.What’s Next?Ready to make your mark?
